Malaysia statistics announced that the country's natural
rubber chemicals output in June up down 12%, 70,745 tonnes, while exports increased by 24% to 71,339 tons of rubber.
Integrated media on August 20, Malaysia statistics updated statistical data show that the country June decline over the same period by 2009 in natural rubber production, 70,745 tonnes. Rubber dealer said higher rubber prices discourage farmers to kind of idea of aging and low yield of rubber trees, thus leading to decline.
Intergovernmental Association of natural rubber producing countries said in a report in the near future, low yield elderly farmers continue to harvest rubber trees, because the global rubber price increases offset by low-yield losses. Malaysia rubber stocks in late June of 117,226 tons in 2009, representing a decrease of 8.5%.
Rubber exports increased by 24% to 71,339 tons, 35% per cent decline in imports tons. Strong Chinese demand providing the impetus for the market, Malaysia in June about 40% are sold in China in the export of rubber. Malaysia domestic rubber consumption fell 11% per cent tons.
